Kelly Joe Brumfield, 56, of Waltonville, Illinois passed away at 3:05 P.M. March 22, 2017 at his residence in Waltonville. He was born March 14, 1961 in Centralia, Illinois to parents, Bill Brumfield and Janice (Hathaway) Pierce.  Per his wishes Kelly will be cremated and no public services will be held.  For those who wish, memorials may be given to the SSM Hospice and will be accepted at the funeral home or mailed to Hughey Funeral Home, P.O.
