Margie Lee Weidenbach, 79, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away at 11:21am, August 3, 2020 at Crossroads Community Hospital in Mount Vernon.  She was born May 24, 1941 in St. Elmo, Illinois to the late James J. and Alma L. Ellis.  She married Ray “Sonny” Weidenbach on December 13, 1996 in Mount Vernon and he preceded her in death.

A Visitation will be held Monday, August 10, 2020 from 11:00am to 12:00pm at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, Illinois.  The Funeral Service will begin at 12:00pm.  Interment will follow at Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens in Woodlawn, Illinois.  Memorials, in Margie’s loving memory, may be made to the Benton Wrestling Club at Benton High School.
