WILLIAMSON COUNTY — A Nashville, Arkansas man pleaded guilty to domestic battery in Williamson County Court Friday and was sentenced to two years in state prison.

According to Williamson County State’s Attorney Brandon Zanotti, 35-year-old Robert A. Jenkins was arrested by Marion Police on July 22 of this year after he struck his significant other in the face and head, causing injury, at the Econo Lodge in Marion.

Jenkins has a prior domestic violence conviction. He will serve four years of mandatory supervised release following his release from DOC.
