(MT. VERNON, IL) — The Mt. Vernon Fire Department will continue fire hydrant testing this coming week.  The areas tested will be south of Broadway from 1st Street to 10th Street.  Residents are cautioned that testing can cause discoloration in the water supply in the area being tested.
