(Fairview Heights, IL) — A family member of a missing Metro East woman says they have found her in East St. Louis. Police say Caldonia Porter is safe and back home with relatives. The 60-year-old Fairview Heights woman was reported missing Sunday night and had been last seen in the area of Ram Court, near Moody Park.
