(Belleville, IL)  —  Police are identifying a body discovered near a Metro East school.  They say 40-year-old Richard Kelley, Jr. was found dead early Tuesday morning in a ditch close to Emge Junior High School in Belleville.  It’s believed he died of natural causes.  Classes at the school haven’t resumed yet after winter break.
