Phyllis A. Scott, 80, of Shiloh, Illinois passed away at 8:55 A.M. Sunday, January 1, 2017 at Memorial Hospital East in Shiloh, Illinois. She was born Sunday, January 12, 1936 in Salem, Illinois to parents, Charles Russell & Audra (Knowles) Jenkins. She married Elmer William “Bill” Scott on April 20, 1991 and he preceded her in death on February 2, 2014.
