(Cobden, IL)  —  You’re still going to be able to get a glass of wine at the Rustle Hill Winery in southern Illinois.  It’s just not going to be their wine.  The winery yesterday said it’s ending wine production.  Manager Teri Hammond says wine making is just too expensive.  Rustle Hill will still operate a restaurant and have five cabins for rent in the heart of southern Illinois’ wine country.
