Thomas W. Capps, 79, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away at 4:00 A.M., Saturday, November 26, 2016 at Nature Trail Health Care Center in Mount Vernon, Illinois.

A Graveside Service will be held at 10:30 A.M. Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at Oakwood Cemetery in Mount Vernon, Illinois, with Reverend Steve Hamson officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Mount Vernon, Illinois.
