(O’Fallon, IL) — A semi-truck driver from Georgia is in custody as Illinois State Police investigate a deadly accident. Police say one woman was killed and three people were injured in a multi-vehicle crash in the 86-hundred block of East Highway 50 earlier today. The victim is identified as Cheryl Culver of Summerfield, Illinois. Cops had received calls about a semi-truck that was speeding prior to the report of the accident.
