(Belleville, IL)  —  Belleville is honoring a police officer who was injured in a shooting.  Belleville Police Sergeant Jon Brough was injured in a shooting ten years ago.  The shooting left him permanently blind and he has since undergone numerous surgeries.  Mayor Rick Eckert has announced that November 10th will be Jon Brough Day in Belleville.
