(MT. VERNON, IL) — The Mt. Vernon City Council is scheduled to meet this evening at 7 p.m. at the Rolland W. Lewis Community Building.  This will be the first meeting with the new format that features the updated rules for participation for public forum, which will take place on the agenda after the presentation of journal minutes from the last Council meeting.  The agenda also includes the capital projects report and a resolution approving an agreement with Poettker Construction for construction management for the Armory Renovation project.
