(East St. Louis, IL) — Police in East St. Louis are getting help from the state police as they look for the killer of a man whose body was found by an IDOT worker on a city street. Authorities have now identified the body found Tuesday as 31-year-old Kyle Watson of Belleville who died of a gunshot wound. The IDOT worker told police he was driving onto St. Clair Avenue on Tuesday morning when he spotted the body in the street.
