(East St. Louis, IL) — Officials in East St. Louis and St. Clair County are outlining their plans to make Front Street attractive for business development. The eight-million-dollar project will begin with the reconstruction of Front Street and the resurfacing of Trendley Avenue. West Missouri Avenue and B Street will also get a facelift as part of the effort to open up several hundred acres of undeveloped land for investment opportunities.
