Patricia Ann Tweedy, 77, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away at 4:25 P.M., Saturday, July 2, 2016 at Nature Trail Health Care Center in Mount Vernon, Illinois. FUNERAL SERVICE will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, July 11, 2016 at Smith Veterans Cemetery in Belle Rive, Illinois, with Mr. Marty Mills officiating.  Burial will follow at Smith Veterans Cemetery. Ms. Tweedy was cremated and there will be no Visitation.
