(BENTON, IL) — A man accused of killing three people from Franklin County and injuring two others in an accident last June in Georgia will appear in court next month. WSIL-TV reports on June 21, Mike Furlow along with his friend, Mike Osborn and three children – Kaybrin Osborne, Halle Young and Clayton Flood – were all headed to Florida when investigators say Jorge Solis crashed into their car along Interstate 75 in Atlanta. Furlow, Kaybrin and Young died in the crash. Osborn and Flood, who was 3-years-old at the time, suffered severe injuries. Furlow’s sisters have been to Georgia several times to keep track of Solis’ court date. They were told by the family advocate for the Fulton County courts that Solis will be back in court April 4 and is expected to plead guilty. Furlow’s family plans to be at the hearing and will read a prepared victim impact statement.
