(East Saint Louis, IL)  —  An East Saint Louis man is pleading guilty to prostituting women.  Michael Johnson pleaded guilty to operating a prostitution ring from 2009 to 2013.  Some of the girls he trafficked were minors.  He is scheduled to be sentenced in July and faces up to 15 years in prison.
