According the Illinois State Police Tony S. Dugaro, 45, was driving southbound on Illinois Route 142, near Hamilton County Road 100N, while William Tison, 30, of Eldorado, Illinois, was walking along the road. ISP says at 1:15 a.m. Sunday morning, Durago struck and killed Tison. He was pronounced dead by the Hamilton County Coroner at the scene. Dugaro was not injured as a result of the traffic crash and is being charged with driving while his license is suspended.
