Hazel I. Ramsey, 87, of Mount Vernon, passed away at 10:15 P.M., Sunday, April 19, at Good Samaritan Regional Health Center in Mount Vernon. Graveside Service will be held at 1:30 P.M. Saturday, April 25, at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, north of Dahlgren, with Reverend Merle Fullerton officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, north of Dahlgren. There will be no Visitation, those wishing to attend are to go directly to the cemetery Saturday afternoon.
