Charles Lee Owens, 67, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away at 1:50 pm December 27, 2020 at Saint Louis University Hospital in St.Louis, Missouri. He was born May 12, 1953 in Luxora, Arkansas to the late Eugene and Ola Mae (Johnson) Owens. Charles was married to Beatrice (Jones) Owens and she preceded him in death.

A Visitation will be held Friday, January 8, 2020 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens in Woodlawn, Illinois. A Graveside Service will begin at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow. Memorials may be made in Charles’ honor to the Owens Family, in the care of Trinica Ford.Please remember to observe social distancing at this time.
