Amy M. Shafer, 42, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away at 4:05 am December 15, 2020 at Crossroads Community Hospital in Mount Vernon. She was born December 31, 1977 to Philip and Barbara (Copple) Shafer. A Graveside Service will be held Monday, December 21, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Oakwood Cemetery in Mount Vernon with Mr. Randy Sells officiating. Inurnment will follow. Memorials may be made in Amy’s honor to a charity of the donor’s choice. Please remember to observe social distancing at this time. We are limited to 10 people under the tent at a time.
