Thomas “Tom” Devine, 73, of Waltonville, Illinois, passed away at 8:17 am September 23, 2020 at SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Mount Vernon, Illinois. He was born May 9, 1947 in Saline County, Illinois to The late Charles L. and Gladys V. (Frazier) Devine. On a Monday (March 2, 1970) after school Tom was united in marriage with Jackie (Panzier) Devine in Waltonville at the Freewill Baptist Church.

A Graveside Service will be held Friday, September 25, 2020 at 10:00 am at Knob Prairie Cemetery in Waltonville, Illinois with Reverend Tim Reynolds officiating. Interment will follow.
