Jackelyn K. Trotter, 31, of Mount Vernon, Illinois passed away at 10:22 A.M. October 17, 2019 at her residence in Mount Vernon, Illinois. She was born March 25, 1988 in Mount Vernon, Illinois to John W. and Debi (Dillon) Trotter.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, October 21, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. at Pocketful of Sunshine in Mount Vernon, Illinois. In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to the Jefferson County Animal Shelter.
