A Jackson County Grand Jury late Friday afternoon found a Calumet City, Illinois man guilty of armed robbery and aggravated robbery stemming from a reported armed robbery at Circle K on South Illinois Avenue in Carbondale last October.
According to Jackson County State’s Attorney Michael Carr, the jury found 44-year-old Arthur Eckles, Jr. guilty on the charges following a four-day jury trial.
