Kenneth W. “Kenny” Richardson, 71, of Mount Vernon, Illinois passed away at 3:00 P.M.April 19, 2018 at his residence.Hewas bornDecember 24, 1946 in Saint Clair County, Illinois to the late Basil W. and Dorothy Marie (Shelton) Richardson. Kenny married Thelma Joyce (Dalby) Richardson on January 20, 1967at Hopewell Church in Jefferson County, Illinois. They were blessed with 51 years of marriage.

A Visitation will be heldSunday, April 22, 2018 from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, Illinois. A Funeral Service will follow at 2:00 P.M. with Reverend Mark Byars officiating. Interment will follow atHopewell Cemetery in Jefferson County, Illinois. Memorials may be made in Kenny’s honor to Hopewell Cemetery.
