Governor Bruce Rauner will be in southern Illinois this afternoon.

Rauner will tour the Elastec manufacturing facility in Fairfield at 1:30. He will then visit Big Prairie Farms and speak with local farmers in Carmi at 3. Then the governor will visit Dinger Bats in Ridgway with State Sen. Dale Fowler at 4:15.
