Ollie James “Jim” Ross, 79, of Mount Vernon, Illinois passed away at 5:15 A.M. August 9, 2017 at White Oaks Rehabilitation in Mount Vernon, Illinois. He was bornOctober 20, 1937 in Beckley, West Virginia to the late William Lee and Virgie (Rose) Ross. Jim married Barbara Jean (Corbin) Ross on November 27, 1959 in Chicago, Illinois. They were blessed with nearly 58 years of marriage.
