(WEST FRANKFORT, IL) — Authorities are searching for two missing youth from the West Frankfort area.  Hunter and Tyler Karns have been missing since February 23, 2017.  Hunter Karns is 13 years of age, but may be using an alias age of 14.  He is a white male, 5 foot tall, weighing 100 lbs, with brown hair and hazel eyes. Hunter’s hair may be dyed blonde at this time.  Tyler Karns is 15 years of age, a white male 5 foot 2 inches tall, weighing 105 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes.  Tyler’s hair may be dyed red at this time.
