(SALEM, IL) — A 30-year-old Iuka woman wanted on two outstanding warrants was arrested over the weekend, along with a 48-year-old Salem man accused of hiding her. Holly Creamer was wanted on outstanding arrest warrants in Marion and Clinton counties for failure to appear on a meth possession charge and an obstruction charge respectively. Bail on each warrant was set at $5,000. Marion County Sheriff’s deputies had received information that Creamer could be found at John Fodero’s Salem home, and they had attempted to locate her at the home three other times. However, on Sunday Fodero gave deputies permission to search his home for Creamer and she was ultimately located hiding in a closet. Creamer reportedly refused deputies orders to come out of the closet and deputies had to remove her. Both Creamer and Fodero were transported to the Marion County jail, where they remain. Bail for Fodero has been set at $10,000 and he has been formally charged in Marion County court with felony concealing and aiding a fugitive.
