Ava Carol Thacker, 69, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away at 8:50 A.M., Saturday, January 28, 2017 at Nature Trail Health Care Center in Mount Vernon, Illinois. A Graveside Burial of Ashes will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, February 4, 2017 at St. Mary Cemetery in Carlyle, Illinois.
