Gary H. Tolley, 63, of Mount Vernon, Illinois passed away at 11:55 A.M. Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at Crossroads Community Hospital in Mount Vernon, Illinois. He was born Wednesday, February 11, 1953 in Illinois to parents, Harold J. “Bo” and Martha (Collins) Tolley.  He married Ella Mae (Prinnell) Tolley in June 1974. They were blessed with 42 years of marriage. A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, Illinois with Reverend Travis Hayes officiating. Interment will follow at Cubb “Cub” Prairie Cemetery in Jefferson County, Illinois.
