Jeffrey L. Poston, 52, of Mount Vernon, Illinois passed away at 3:38 P.M. Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Mount Vernon, Illinois. He was born Thursday, October 8, 1964 in Mount Vernon, Illinois to parents, Gale and Rose (Eskew) Poston. He married Rhonda (Noe) Poston on December 8, 2006.  Jeffrey will be cremated. A Visitation will be held Saturday, January 21, 2017 from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at Southwest Christian Church in Mount Vernon, Illinois.
