Larry Shaw, 78, of Ina passed away Sunday morning, March 19, 2022 at SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon.
He was born in Mt. Vernon, IL on August 16, 1944, the son of Grover Alvin & Hazel Pauline (Downen) Shaw.
Larry married Pat (Kiefer) on November 27, 1981.
He served as Pastor of several area churches. He also served as Song Leader and Sunday School Teacher for many years. He worked at Anchor, NAPA and Sears. He also, after retirement, was a volunteer teacher at Mt. Vernon Christian School. He attended the Ina Free Will Baptist Church.

5 Grandchildren: Jonathan Shaw, Dannie White, Sebastian Harrah, Christian Harrah and Everly Hall
Mr. Shaw was preceded in death by his Parents and by a Son-Scott Alan Shaw.
Funeral Services will be held at 12 NOON on Thursday. March 23rd at the Ina Free Will Baptist Church with Bro. Brad Ryan officiating. Burial will be in Bethel Memorial Cemetery in Mt. Vernon. Visitation will be after 10 A.M. on Thursday at the Church.
