SALEM, IL — A 20-year-old Odin man has been arrested for alleged criminal sexual assault of a child in Salem. According to Salem police, they arrested Collin Hodge Wednesday night after he had earlier gone voluntarily to the police station for questioning.

Hodge allegedly committed a sex act with a three-year-old girl on two separate occasions earlier this year at a relative’s home in Salem.

After a family member told police recently of the incident, police launched an investigation as did the Department of Children and Family Services.
