Janice Mary Scarbrough, 82, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away at 3:45 am December 8, 2020 at her home. She was born January 30, 1938 in Centralia, Illinois to the late Thomas and Fern (Toedte) Bonner. Janice was married to Clarence Harold Scarbrough and he preceded her in death.

No public services will be held. Inurnment will take place at Bethel Memorial Cemetery in Mount Vernon, Illinois at a later date.
