Charles Dean Beckham, 85, of Waltonville, Illinois, passed away at 10:55 pm February 25, 2020 at his residence with his children by his side. He was born September 4, 1934 in Jefferson County, Illinois to the late Newman and Nellie Beckham. Charles married Meda (Fairchild) Beckham on February 28, 1953. They were blessed with nearly 64 years before she preceded him in death on January 12, 2017.

A Visitation will be held Friday, February 28, 2020 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Newell Funeral Home in Waltonville, Illinois. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, February 29, 2020 at 10:00 am at Newell Funeral Home with Brother Mark Wells officiating. Interment will follow at Abner Cemetery in Bonnie, Illinois. Memorials may be made in Charles’ honor to Abner Cemetery.
