Betty Clemens, 80, of Decatur, Illinois passed away at 10:22 A.M. August 27, 2019 at Decatur Memorial Hospital in Decatur, Illinois. She was born September 12, 1938 in Jefferson County, Illinois to the late Everett and Nannie (Shelton) Flecher. She was married to Robert Clemens for fifty-nine years before he preceded her in death on May 4, 2015.

A Visitation will be held 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. Friday, August 30, 2019 at Panther Fork Cemetery in Jefferson County, Illinois. A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Panther Fork Cemetery with Reverend Bud Story officiating. Interment will follow. Memorials, in Betty’s loving memory, may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association.
