Minister Marlo J. Mitchell, 51, of Mount Vernon, Illinois passed away at 5:43 A.M. July 19, 2019 at her residence. She was born June 26, 1968 in Caruthersville, Missouri to Robert Campbell and Mary Ann Dinwiddie. Marlo married Darrell K. Mitchell, Sr. on July 2, 1990 at Lively Stone Apostolic Church by Bishop Paul H. Evans. They were blessed with 29 years of marriage.

A Visitation will be held at 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. Saturday, July 27, 2019 at the Family Life Church in Mount Vernon, Illinois until the Funeral Service time at 12:00 P.M. Saturday, July 27, 2019 at the Family Life Church with Pastor Allen E. Rudd, Sr. officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens in Woodlawn, Illinois. Memorials and donations may be made to the Mitchell family, in care of Darrell K. Mitchell, Sr.
