HERRIN, IL — Police in Herrin need your help in the death investigation of 50-year-old Jeffery D. Ennis of Herrin.
Ennis was found dead at his home in the 700 block of North 17th Street around 5:20 Sunday morning. An autopsy has been scheduled.
Investigators would like to speak with anyone that was in the area of 17th and Taylor Streets between the hours of 3:30 and 5:30 Sunday morning.
The Williamson County Coroner’s Office and Illinois State Police Crime Scene Services are currently assisting with the investigation.
