Carol Elaine Riggs, 57,of Centralia, Illinois, passed away at 9:11 P.M., June 21, 2018 at her residence in Centralia, Illinois.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, July 7, 2018at Centralia Lake in Centralia, Illinois.
