ILLINOIS — A Salem detective has been recognized by the Child Death Investigation Task Force for his efforts in assisting the death investigation that led to a conviction in the death of an 8-year-old Olney girl.
Detective Bryan Green is assigned to the Child Death Investigation Task Force, which spent numerous hours assisting with this investigation and helping to build the case against Glen Ramey.
Ramey recently pleaded guilty and received 60 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for predatory criminal sexual assault in the 2016 death of Sabrina Stauffenberg.
Green, along with other members of the task force team, was recognized at an event Thursday for his performance and commitment to duty in the Stauffenberg investigation.
