MARCELLA B. JOHNSON ,66, of Ina passed away Sunday morning Dec. 10, 2017 at her home. She was born in Chicago, IL on Oct. 26, 1951, the daughter of Paul & Madeline (Curtis) DuPlessis. She married Glenn Johnson on Dec. 12, 1981. Mrs. Johnson graduated from Rend Lake College with honors. She was an English major. Mrs. Johnson was a day care teacher working with 2 year olds. Mrs. Johnson is survived by her:
Husband: Glenn Johnson of Ina, 3 Daughters: Theresa Mullins of Hendersonville, NC, Susan Johnson of Wyoming, Vaughnda Johnson & Joe Kimmel of Santa Barbara, CA, 5 Grandchildren: Julian, Samantha, Adrian, London & Keagan. Siblings: Pierre, Her twin brother: Marcel, Paul Jr., Elice Carolyn Paula
Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by her Parents, and by Siblings: John Jr., Sharon & Gary.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00A.M. Friday Dec. 15th at the Johnston Funeral Home in Ina. Burial will be in the Kirk Cemetery in Ina. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 P.M. Thursday at the Johnston Funeral Home in Ina.
