Centralia police are investigating a second armed robbery within days after a south side convenience store reported being held up around 10:15 Monday night.
According to reports, the Huck’s store on East Calumet reported being held up by a black male wearing a black hoodie. He reportedly fled from the scene on foot.
Officers responded and secured the scene to begin their investigation.
The robbery report comes in after FuelVend Express on North Poplar in Centralia was robbed.
That robbery was reported around 8:25 Saturday night. Two black males reportedly entered the store with one displaying a handgun. They left the store with an undisclosed amount of cash.
