Bail has been set at $25,000 for an 18-year-old Salem man charged in Marion County Court Thursday with felony burglary.

Tony Rybacki is accused of entering his neighbor’s home while the neighbor was in the process of moving out.

Rybacki allegedly entered the home through an open window, took clothing and wrote on the walls.

According to police, Rybacki told them he was looking for a place to stay warm when he entered the home.

He was charged Thursday in Marion County Court with Class 2 felony burglary. He’s next scheduled to appear in court November 15 with his court appointed attorney.
