Dennis Richard Capps, 65, of Mount Vernon, Illinois, passed away March 5, 2017 at 2:30 P.M. at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Indiana of heart complications. He was born January 15, 1952 in Mount Vernon, Illinois to Richard and Pansy (Willmore) Capps.  A Funeral Service will be held Thursday, March 9, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, Illinois with Reverend Don Verhines officiating. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Mount Vernon, Illinois. A Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 8, 2017 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Hughey Funeral Home.
