A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held at 1:30 P.M. February 11, 2017 at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, Illinois, with Brother Alan Smith officiating.  Burial will follow at Tower Heights Cemetery in West Frankfort, Illinois.
