(BENTON, IL) — Franklin County Sheriff’s deputies arrested an Orient man for three counts of violating the Illinois Sex Offender Act Tuesday morning. According to Sheriff Don Jones, 56-year-old Alan T. Marsh was arrested around 10. Jones says this has been an ongoing investigation. Marsh is being held pending review by the Franklin County State’s Attorney’s office and the setting of bond by the Circuit Court.
