(HERRIN, IL) — Governor Bruce Rauner will travel downstate today.  He will be at Belleville West High School at 10 a.m. today to host a roundtable discussion on the Lead Higher Initiative with students and tour the school there.  He will then travel to Herrin Junior High School for a visit at 2 p.m.
