(MCLEANSBORO, IL) — The kickoff for this year’s Hamilton County Relay for Life will be held Saturday, Feb. 11 as part of the Blackout Cancer Game activities at Hamilton County High School in McLeansboro. Between games, survivors will be honored as they take a lap around the gym. Opportunities to register participants and purchase luminaries will be available. In conjunction with the game, “Blackout for a Cure” shirts are being sold at the high school. The last day to order a shirt is Feb. 3. All proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society.
