(Alton, IL)  —  Police in the Metro East say it’s amazing everyone at a local Subway is okay.  Officers say a man drove his car through the front window of the restaurant yesterday.  They think he had a medical emergency.  Police say the man still had his foot on the gas pedal when they arrived.  Three workers at the store went to the hospital with minor injuries.  Police say no one else was inside the restaurant at the time of the crash.
